Sends, replies to and forwards mail over plain SMTP, so it works with the mail account you already have. Sending is off until you name the recipients it may write to: every address in To, Cc and Bcc is checked against that allowlist before a connection is opened, and each message is then approved by a person through an MCP elicitation, with recipients and subject on their own labelled lines. There is no from parameter, so a model cannot write in a colleague's name. The counterpart to imap-mcp, in its own process with its own credentials. npx -y @ni-c/smtp-mcp
