Terms of Service

Last updated: September 16, 2026

1. General provisions

The API Atlas website (the "Service") is operated by Zordon Intelligence sp. z o.o., a company registered in Łódź, Poland, KRS 0001190915, NIP 7252358503, REGON 542545843 (the "Operator"). Use of the Service is free of charge and constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Scope of the service

The Service provides a browsable catalog of public APIs and MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers. It lets you search, filter and view metadata describing those services, and links to their original documentation.

The catalog is compiled by automated collection of information from publicly available sources, including apis.guru, public-apis and the official MCP server registry. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of the providers listed in it.

3. Nature of the catalog data

Catalog entries are informational only. They may be incomplete, imprecise or out of date, because they describe third-party services that change independently of us and without notice to us.

We do not guarantee the availability, correctness, security, licensing terms or pricing of the APIs and MCP servers described — including their terms of use, rate limits or costs. Before using any listed service, verify its current terms directly with its provider. "Free" and similar labels reflect the data available to us at collection time and are not a pricing commitment by anyone.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the Service privately and commercially. You must not:

  • disrupt the operation of the Service or overload its infrastructure,
  • scrape or download data automatically in a way that threatens the stability of the Service or circumvents reasonable technical limits,
  • attempt to bypass security measures or gain unauthorised access,
  • use the Service for purposes that are unlawful, including in a way that violates the rights of third parties.

A public, machine-readable catalog API is available under the same conditions; see the usage limits published with it.

5. Third-party services and trademarks

Outgoing links lead to external services over which we have no control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or security. Names, logos and trademarks of APIs and MCP servers belong to their respective owners and are used in the catalog solely to identify them — such use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by the Operator.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from the use of — or inability to use — the Service or the third-party services it describes. Decisions to use a listed API or MCP server, and their consequences, are yours alone.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability towards consumers for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

8. Changes to the Service

The Operator may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service — including the catalog API — at any time, and may update these Terms. Changes take effect on publication with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use after publication means acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the use of the Service is subject to the jurisdiction of the Polish common courts. This does not deprive consumers of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence, nor of the right to bring proceedings in that country.
