Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 16, 2026

1. Data controller

The data controller is Zordon Intelligence sp. z o.o., a company registered in Łódź, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001190915, EU VAT ID (NIP) 7252358503, statistical number (REGON) 542545843.

Privacy contact: hi@zordonintelligence.pl.

2. What data we process

API Atlas is a public directory. We have no user accounts, no sign-up and no forms, so we never collect names, e-mail addresses or any other data that directly identifies you.

Our API server records standard technical logs (IP address, date and time, requested path, user-agent). They are used only to secure the service and diagnose failures. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server logs are kept for no longer than 12 months and are then deleted or anonymised.

3. Data stored in your browser (local storage)

The site stores three things in your browser's local storage: your theme preference, your filter state and your list of favourites. This data never leaves your device — it is not sent to our servers and we cannot read it. Clearing your browser data removes it permanently.

4. Cookies and tracking

API Atlas sets no cookies. We run no analytics, no advertising, no heatmaps, no session recording and no social-media trackers. There is no cross-site tracking of any kind, and there is nothing to consent to.

5. Recipients of data

Because the service collects no personal data beyond the technical logs described above, the only recipients are our infrastructure providers, acting as data processors:

  • Vercel Inc. — hosting of this website (including server logs generated by its edge network).
  • Our VPS provider — hosting of the catalog API and its PostgreSQL database, operated in the European Union.
  • Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited — the site loads the Inter and JetBrains Mono fonts from Google Fonts, which involves your IP address being transferred to Google. In a ruling of 21 June 2022 the Polish supervisory authority (PUODO) found the use of Google Fonts to constitute an unauthorised transfer of personal data to a third country; we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for this transfer and are migrating to self-hosted fonts.

We do not sell, rent or share data with anyone else, and we serve no advertising.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access your personal data (Art. 15),
  • rectify inaccurate data (Art. 16),
  • erase data ("right to be forgotten", Art. 17),
  • restrict processing (Art. 18),
  • data portability (Art. 20),
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21),
  • withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent (Art. 7).

Because the site stores your preferences and favourites only in your own browser, you can exercise the right to erasure yourself at any time by clearing your browser storage. For anything else, write to hi@zordonintelligence.pl.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland — or with the supervisory authority of your EU member state of residence.

7. Data security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. The catalog database contains only publicly available information about APIs and MCP servers, collected from public sources, and is not accessible to other visitors.

8. Children

The service is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

9. Changes to this policy

If the service changes — for example, if we ever add analytics or accounts — we will update this page and the "last updated" date above before the change takes effect.
